My order arrived damaged. What now?

First, we’re very sorry to hear this! We pride ourselves on using good quality packing materials to keep things protected, but we can’t always control what happens in transit. Please get in touch with a photo of your order and we’ll do our best to get this sorted for you.

My card has not arrived on the estimated delivery date, what should I do?

We relay estimated delivery dates based on typical delivery times reported by the postal carriers. Once your card has been shipped, we are relying on the USPS to deliver on time and therefore cannot be guaranteed by Parcel of Love.

I have a query not covered by your FAQs, what should I do?

Why isn't my promo code working?

Please check you have entered it correctly, that the offer has not expired, or the code has not already been used previously – some promo codes are limited by time and usage.

How do I cancel my order?

We hope this will never happen as we want our customers to be 101% satisfied with their Parcel of Love experience, but cancellation requests need to be emailed immediately to hello@parceloflove.com or catch us on LiveChat. We pride ourselves on speedy service so you will need to act quickly to catch it in time.

Can I get a refund?

All refund requests must be submitted to hello@parceloflove.com and will be reviewed within 1 week.
