First, we’re very sorry to hear this! We pride ourselves on using good quality packing materials to keep things protected, but we can’t always control what happens in transit. Please get in touch with a photo of your order and we’ll do our best to get this sorted for you.
We relay estimated delivery dates based on typical delivery times reported by the postal carriers. Once your card has been shipped, we are relying on the USPS to deliver on time and therefore cannot be guaranteed by Parcel of Love.
